Snowfall will start in Maryland Saturday evening and continue into Sunday, with a high likelihood of at least 5 inches of snow and possibly more than 10, the National Weather Service said Thursday.

Friday and Saturday will be the warmest days this week, according to the National Weather Service, with highs near 62.

The chance of light snow is greatest between 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 a.m. Sunday in Maryland. No accumulation is expected.
