    Another body recovered from Baltimore Inner Harbor
    Baltimore Police are investigating after a man’s body was recovered from the Inner Harbor early Friday morning near Pier 4 on the 600 block of East Pratt Street.
    The man's remains were transported to the Maryland medical examiner’s office to determine his identity and cause of death.

    Second teen dies following weekend crash in Cockeysville
    Andrew Sober, a 16-year-old student who loved playing the guitar and soccer, died of injuries sustained in a crash in Cockeysville that also killed a passenger and injured two other teenagers, family and community members said on social media.
    On Sunday, the makeshift memorial at the site of a car crash at the intersection of Poplar Hill Road and Merrymans Mill Road in Cockeysville; car shrapnel and heavy tire marks are still visible near the tree. The crash, which happened on Friday night, left three minors injured and one adult dead.
    Officers arrest man accused of impersonating police, attempting to conduct traffic stop
    Eric Baummer, of Mount Airy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on another vehicle while driving on the outer loop of Interstate 695 at Washington Boulevard in Baltimore County, police said.

    A 33-year-old was found dead in his cell at Western Correctional Institution, state police announced, marking the third death of a Maryland prisoner in just over a week.

    FAA investigating two Southwest planes that clipped wings at BWI
    The planes “clipped wings” while leaving their gates at BWI around 10:30 p.m., according to a FAA statement, adding that the collision happened in an area where “air traffic controllers do not communicate with flight crews.”

    Across the country, emergency department visits for tick bites are up more than 25% from last year, according to federal data. Maryland and other northeastern states are looking like ground zero.

After identification it will get sent off to the State Department.  Deer tick are the tick species responsible for spreading Lyme Disease. Despite its name, the bacteria pathogen that causes Lymes comes from mice. 

ER visits from tick bites are at a record high in the U.S., according to the CDC. Those numbers are unclear within Maryland, because there is not enough research funding for experts to conduct surveillance in Maryland on ticks.
