    Nearly 12K without power after tornado warning in Baltimore and surrounding counties
    Tornado warnings, severe thunderstorm threats and a statewide hazardous weather outlook blanketed Maryland on Wednesday evening.
    Baltimore City and Baltimore County were under a tornado warning until 7:45 p.m., the National Weather Service and state emergency management officials shared on social media.
