A body that authorities pulled from Inner Harbor on May 8 has been identified as a 59-year-old man.

Baltimore Police said Frank Owens was found around 3:40 a.m. near Pier 4 on the 600 block of East Pratt Street. No signs of trauma were discovered on his body.

The chief medical examiner’s office has not yet identified Owens’ cause of death. His case is pending.

Owens’ body was the second man to be pulled from the harbor this year. The body of Branson Oduor, 27, was discovered in April after he had been missing for more than a week following a night out in Fells Point. An investigation ruled it an accidental death.

A week before Owens was found in the harbor, authorities also identified the body of a person found inside a van that was pulled from the harbor last summer as Franklin Roosevelt Daniels, who had been missing for more than a decade.
