    Howard County Police search for teenage suspect in fatal shooting at Columbia mall
    Howard County Police said in a news release that they believe a 17-year-old from Columbia targeted Angelo Little, also 17, as shoppers milled about on July 27. Detectives said the suspect and victim knew each other, but they have not determined a motive.
