    Lawmakers will consider changes to compassionate release in Maryland
    ”This bill is really about modernizing what criteria are used, the terminology and what the process is for release,” said Del. David Moon, a Democrat who represents Montgomery County.
    Construction on the Maryland State House in Annapolis began in 1772 and it's the oldest state capital building in the nation still in continuous legislative use. The building's dome is undergoing a rehabilitation project.
