Montgomery County police are offering a $10,000 reward for information related to the theft of a gorilla statue from a business in Kensington earlier this month.

According to a news release, on Jan. 4 around 3 a.m., a man arrived at the Design Emporium Antiques store in an older model Chevrolet Colorado Z71, got out and cut a cable that was locking the statue to the front of the store. He then loaded the statute into the truck and left.

Police released surveillance video of the theft in hopes of identifying the man.
