    Teenager charged with first-degree murder in fatal Columbia mall shooting
    Howard County Police said in a news release that the department is partnering with the U.S. Marshals Service to look for a 17-year-old male suspect in a fatal shooting at Columbia's mall in July. The suspect has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of another 17-year-old.
