Drivers should prepare to take detours this weekend as the 51st annual Pride parade makes its way through Baltimore on Saturday.

Thousands will take to the streets for Charm City Homecoming, which will roll into a two-day weekend festival to conclude the city’s Pride week.

There will be a few changes to getting around. Here’s the scoop.

The parade will start at noon, traveling north on Charles Street, and is expected to disband along North Charles Street between East 28th and East 29th streets at around 3 p.m.

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation advises attendees to immediately clear the area at the end of the parade and head to Druid Hill Park for the Pride block party. The block party is being held at a new location, about a 28-minute walk from the end of the parade route.

Participants in the parade will set up for the start along these routes:

  • North Charles Street between North Avenue and East 21st Street
  • East 20th Street between St. Paul Street and Maryland Avenue
  • East 21st Street between St. Paul Street and Maryland Avenue

Streets along the parade route will be closed from 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday. Parking restrictions will be in effect from midnight-6 p.m.

The following roads will be closed:

  • Charles Street between North Avenue and 29th Street
  • 20th Street between Maryland Avenue and St. Paul Street
  • 21st Street between Maryland Avenue and St. Paul Street
  • 22nd Street between Maryland Avenue and St. Paul Street
  • 23rd Street between Maryland Avenue and St. Paul Street
