Two firefighters were injured while battling a blaze that ripped through three rowhomes in Hampden on Saturday evening, according to the Baltimore City Fire Department.
Crews were dispatched to the 900 block of West 37th Street and arrived to find smoke showing from one of the homes.
The fire spread to the adjacent homes, which prompted the second alarm.
One of three homes affected was unoccupied at the time of the incident.
The two firefighters injured on the scene sustained minor injuries.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
