Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank sold his Lutherville mansion for about $4.4 million in February, according to property records.

Plank bought the home in April 2004 for $2.9 million, according to state records. The 14,827-square-foot mansion, located on Greenspring Valley Road in Lutherville, last went under major renovations in 2009, records show. It was not immediately clear where Plank and his family moved to following the sale.

The buyer, Logie Fitzwilliams, runs Baltimore-based Brown Advisory alongside Michael Hankin. He joined the firm in 2003 and was promoted to co-CEO in January 2025. He has remained in London, according to the company’s website.

This most recent sale, which was first reported by the Baltimore Business Journal, is the latest of many for Plank in recent months. He sold off the Sagamore Pendry luxury hotel in September and pitched his luxury horse farm to the state months later.

This story has been corrected to reflect the accurate year Logie Fitzwilliams joined Brown Advisory.
