Two people were arrested Thursday in connection with the fatal shooting of a 47-year-old Oxon Hill man in February, according to Prince George’s County Police.
Orlando Edwards, 20, and India Stroman, 21, of Washington, D.C., were charged with first- and second-degree murder and other related charges.
Police have accused the pair of fatally shooting 47-year-old Ricardo Lee Vance shortly after 9 p.m. on Feb. 3 in the 6100 block of Oxon Hill Road. When officers arrived, they found Vance outside suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said their investigation determined that the shooting stemmed from a dispute and that the suspects did not know the victim.
According to court records, both Edwards and Stroman are being held without bond and are expected to appear in court for a bail review hearing Monday.
