After missing the first three practices of training camp, Jackson returned to practice Wednesday, the team’s final session before Thursday’s fully padded practice.
While Wiggins hasn’t officially adopted the moniker yet, he considers it a big compliment for a three-time Pro Bowl cornerback like Marlon Humphrey to take note of his performance.
During Monday’s practice, Jackson intercepted a pass from undrafted rookie quarterback Emory Jones, which he likely would have returned for a touchdown in a regular game.
Jackson, who fell ill Saturday and was sent home from the team facility Sunday, will return “when he feels better, when he’s not sick anymore,” coach John Harbaugh said.
