Manchester Valley's No. 6 girls lacrosse team won the Class 2A West Region I championship Monday night, 10-9 in overtime, against No. 7 Glenelg. The Mavericks (16-0) are aiming for their fourth state championship and their first since they won three in a row between 2014 and 2016.
