Mason Fisher was a jack-of-all trades for Westminster football Friday evening. The senior had 148 yards rushing and receiving, including a game-clinching 11-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter as the 11th-ranked Owls advance to the Class 3A state quarterfinal with a 28-20 victory over Edgewood in the second round of the North Region playoffs at Mount Hebron.
