For the first time in history, the Preakness Stakes — and all the accompanying celebration — took place at Laurel Park Saturday instead of at Pimlico in Baltimore (it is being rebuilt and the race is scheduled to return next year.)
Despite the smaller crowd and change in location, revelers showed up dressed to the nines to take in the 151st running of the Preakness Stakes.
Here are some of our favorite scenes from the day.
