    Commanders and the D.C. government are in talks on a stadium deal
    The NFL’s Washington Commanders and the District of Columbia are in discussions about a new football stadium in the nation’s capital, a person with knowledge of talks said Wednesday.
    The site of the old RFK Stadium is believed to be the preferred destination for the Washington Commanders.
    The O’s have not engaged Cedric Mullins in extension talks. He would like to stay.
    Mullins’ agent, Robin Cope, told The Athletic “he wishes they would” initiate talks to keep Mullins in Baltimore.
