Pepper spray discharged on Baltimore County school bus, 14 students hospitalized
Fourteen students were sent to the hospital as a precaution on Wednesday morning after a student accidentally discharged pepper spray on a school bus, police said.
Baltimore County Public Schools are installing cameras on all its buses to catch cars who pass by when students are getting on and off the bus.
