    Federal appeals court upholds Maryland’s handgun license requirements
    A federal appeals court ruled Friday in favor of Maryland’s tough requirements for obtaining a handgun license, a blow to gun rights supporters who have been fighting the law for years and a win for gun safety advocates.
    The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld Maryland’s handgun qualification license.

Our brother Bobby’s decision to endorse Trump today is a betrayal of the values that our father and our family hold most dear.” Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, Maryland’s lieutenant governor from 1995 through 2003, signed the statement. Kennedy Townsend ran for governor in 2002, losing to Republican Robert Ehrlich.
