    Hey Army-Navy, Congress says none of you can go pro — just yet
    Two days before the 123rd football classic in Philly, the House of Representatives passed the National Defense Authorization Act, which bars service academy athletes from turning pro until two years after graduation.
    Navy will wear NASA-themed uniforms Saturday during the game with Army.  Congress has passed a rule that none of this year's graduating service academy athletes can go pro for two years.

    Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman started his second term Monday, taking the oath of office under a tent at the old Crownsville State Hospital. It was a symbolic start that the Democrat said reflects his intent to focus on people who are the most vulnerable.
