The fast-growing Chinese collectibles store Pop Mart is opening a permanent location in another Maryland mall.
Opening this summer in Arundel Mills, the full-scale Pop Mart is the latest in a series of Maryland expansions.
A location opened in Towson Town Center last year, and another is expected to open in Annapolis Mall later this year.
Pop Mart is perhaps best known as the force behind the Labubu craze, but it’s also home to other collectibles and blind boxes — sealed packages containing a mystery toy. The store also sells tchotchkes in collaboration with brands including Disney, Harry Potter and Marvel.
Gene Condon, the general manager of Arundel Mills, said Pop Mart has already established a presence at the mall with one of its vending machines.
“This brand creates a highly engaging experience that resonates with today’s shopper and reinforces our position as a destination for what’s new and next,” Condon said in a statement.

Pop Mart’s head of retail operations for the Americas, Tyson Bolliger, said the full-size store “allows us to deepen that connection, bringing fans together through discovery, creativity, and the thrill of collectible culture in a more immersive way.”
When it opens, Pop Mart in Arundel Mills will be near the existing Dining Pavilion.
Arundel Mills marked its 25th anniversary at the end of 2025. New additions at the time included a Wayfair Outlet and a Toys R Us.
