Matthew Vowell, who was driving the motorcycle, and Krystal Vowell, who was a passenger, were pronounced dead at the scene. Maxwell, a rear-seat passenger in the Tesla, also died at the scene.

The Tesla driver was taken to a hospital for treatment. Investigators believe the Tesla was operating as a rideshare vehicle.
