A 19-year-old Clarksburg man is facing Peeping Tom charges, accused of recording female shoppers inside dressing rooms when he worked at Banana Republic, Montgomery County Police said Wednesday.
Investigators say they know of at least four female victims and suspect there may be more from the period during which Fabio Delrio worked at the store at Clarksburg Premium Outlets from May-August 2025.
Police, with a warrant, searched Delrio’s phone and recovered photos of the four female shoppers and “numerous” other unidentified female victims.
Delrio was arrested Feb. 11 and charged with four counts of Peeping Tom, four counts of visual surveillance with prurient intent in a private area and other related counts.
He was released from jail on $5,000 unsecured bond, police said.
The first alleged incident in which Delrio recorded a female shopper occurred May 10, when she noticed the lens of a cellphone inside a dressing room and called police. In three subsequent incidents, shoppers reported similar behavior. One said she saw Delrio standing outside the dressing room door.
Delrio’s attorney could not be reached for comment Wednesday. Representatives of Banana Republic did not respond to requests for comment.
