A storm that forecasters predicted would dump 3-6 inches of snow across Maryland is expected to disrupt schools, universities and other essential services Monday and possibly beyond.

Many area schools are delayed or closed, and some government services are cancelled.

Annapolis: The city’s offices will open Monday at 10:30 a.m., a two-hour delay. Trash pickup has been delayed by a day. Monday’s collection has moved to Tuesday, and Tuesday’s will move to Wednesday. | Read the alert.
