Each year, The Banner celebrates individuals driving change and making an impact in their communities. This fall, The Banner will bring the honor to Montgomery County.

If you know someone in Montgomery County who is a rising leader driving growth and positive change in the area, please nominate them using the form below.

A selection committee made up of members from The Banner, along with a small group of CEOs renowned for their work in the community, will vet the nominations. This passing of the baton is designed to inspire generational commitment to the importance of bringing meaningful change to Montgomery County and beyond.

Nominees should demonstrate a strong personal commitment to service. This may include launching an initiative or playing a meaningful role in an existing effort aimed at improving Montgomery County and/or surrounding communities. These efforts can take place through a nominee’s professional work, involvement with an organization, or independent initiatives and should reflect a community-minded focus on helping those in need. Candidates must be 40 years of age or younger.

Submit nominations through the form below. When submitting a nomination, please include a brief explanation of why you are nominating the individual and how they are making a meaningful difference in the community. The deadline for nominations is May 1. The 2026 class of nominees will be announced by the end of June and will be honored at an event this fall.
