Lanes reopened after overturned truck halted traffic, closed schools in Anne Arundel

Baltimore County school officials tout progress in reducing delays in transporting students
School bus delays in Baltimore County have improved since the start of school. The deputy superintendent told school board members on Tuesday of the work her staff have done to make sure more kids are picked up on time. But it isn’t perfect.
