Ciara Wells is a DC-based journalist and digital producer at The Baltimore Banner, where she focuses on producing engaging, audience-first content. She joined the Banner after nearly four years as the evening digital editor at WTOP News, where she honed her skills in a fast-paced environment. Ciara is a graduate of American University, where she studied journalism and Spanish. With a strong background in media production, she's worked to create stories that include and amplify the lives of everyday people, with thoughtful digital storytelling that reaches readers where they are. Outside of work, she enjoys making textile crafts, finding new music and watching movies.
